Roman leads the Czech Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, which organises bodybuilding and fitness competitions, issues the rules and represents the Czech fitness community at international IFBB events. He is a member of the EFBB executive council and the organiser of Diamond Cup Prague 2026 and Mr. Universe Prague.
